What material is the product made from?
Classic Linen Shirt - The shirt is made from 100% linen
Why linen and not cotton or a blend?
Linen fibers are naturally hollow, allowing more airflow than cotton. In Malaysia's climate, this is a key consideration. The material absorbs moisture without feeling damp, dries quickly and ages better with regular wear.
What colors are available?
The first release offers three colourways:
- White
- Light Blue
- French Blue
What sizes are available?
The Classic Linen Shirt is available in S, M, L, XL and XXL. A detailed size guide with measurements can be found on the product page before orders are fulfilled. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up as linen has minimal stretch.
How do I care for the shirt?
- Wash with similar colours
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle
- Line dry in the shade
- Iron while slightly damp if a smooth finish is preferred
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
Will linen wrinkle easily?
Linen naturally wrinkles, which is an inherent characteristic of the material. The deliberate appearance of a linen shirt's slight stretch is not a flaw, but rather a feature that adds to its character.
Pre-orders & Availability
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order means you are placing your order before the production run is confirmed. Your payment is taken at the time of order. Once production is complete and stock is received at our end, your order is processed and shipped. This model allows us to manage stock accurately and avoid overproduction.
When will my pre-order arrive?

- Estimated delivery August/September 2026
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. After 48 hours and before dispatch, cancellations are reviewed case by case — contact us at rantaianklasik@gmail.com. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
Will there be more colours or styles in future?
Yes. Rantaian Klasik will grow deliberately — adding pieces only when they genuinely add to the capsule. Future releases will be communicated via email and social media. The best way to stay informed is to subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram.

How much does shipping cost?
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 8.00
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak): RM 18.00
- Orders above RM 250: Free Shipping
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. Contact us at rantaianklasik@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rantaianklasik@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Malaysia only.

What payment methods do you accept?
- PayPal — Pay with your PayPal account.
- BillPlz — Visa, Mastercard, FPX online banking & Touch 'n Go eWallet.
- Manual Bank Transfer — Simply transfer and send us your receipt. We'll confirm your order within 24 hours.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing. We do not store your card details.
