Pre-order Notice

Our first release operates on a pre-order basis. Your order is placed and confirmed before the production run begins. Pre-ordering guarantees your size and preferred colourway — we produce only what is ordered.

Orders placed within the pre-order window are estimated to arrive August or September 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Production timelines may shift. If any changes arise, we will reach out by email before your estimated delivery date.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). For pre-orders, processing begins once production is complete and stock is received.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • A separate shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is dispatched, with your tracking number.
  • Delivery timelines begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.


Order Amendments

If you need to change your size, colorway, or shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at rantaianklasik@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, amendments are no longer possible. You may instead refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number directly on the carrier's website (J&T Express or Pos Laju) to monitor your delivery status.

If you have not received a tracking number within the estimated processing period, contact us at rantaianklasik@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rantaianklasik@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
