We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something is not right — whether it is the size, a quality concern or simply a change of mind — we are here to help.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for the following:
- Items that do not fit (size exchange)
- Items received in a different colour or style than ordered
- Items with a manufacturing defect or quality issue
- Change of mind, provided conditions below are met
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from perfume, deodorant or any odours
- Returned with original packaging and tags still attached
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items without their original tags
- Sale items (if applicable in future promotions)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Send an email to rantaianklasik@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and your reason for the return.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Pack the item securely with its original packaging. Ship it using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your tracking number as proof of postage.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size or colourway, indicate this in your return email. We will hold the requested item for you once your return is received and confirmed eligible.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to sizing or change of mind: return postage is at the customer's expense.
- Returns due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item: we will cover the return postage cost.
